I Claim

Second Habit: Begin with the end in mind.
Law of Attraction
Mark 11:24 (NIV) 'Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours'

I try to do these whenever I want to achieve something and they are true.
Whenever I want something to happen, I visualize myself already achieving it and feeling every moment of it. I believe in it and I claim that it is coming true and that I've achieved it.

Having said that, I am claiming something that I know and believe will happen by August 2012!

Red

Just sharing my new nail color :) I love it

Sunny

The hubby and I went on a roadtrip to Bathurst to visit family and friends, which I haven't seen for a while. We had a yummy supper and was nice catching up.The times I've been here were during winter so it's nice to see the deck during summer, so different! Isn't it nice to smell and wear sun-dried clothes?

Constant Thing

You've heard of this a million times --- the only constant thing in the world is CHANGE.
And for me, that is completely true. A lot has happened to me for the past 2 months.
I quit my job.
My mom and I moved to Pampanga.
I moved to Canada.

All these in just less than a month. It sounds too much to handle if you come to think of it but for some reason, everything came together with ease. The hubby and I initially planned to wait for 6 months or until I get my papers all settled before I move to Canada with him. We just thought that it would be the best plan financially. We didn't know that it would hard for us emotionally.

Now that I am married, I realized that my priorities have changed. I have this other half of me that I need to take care of and be there for and I am so blessed and very thankful to have such a supportive mom. She's even the one who pushed me to move and be with my husband! At first, I was petrified. I want to make sure that hubby and I are making the right decision and not just out of haste. My mentors and all my friends support my decision and are very happy for me and my husband! I am very blessed with an awesome mom and great friends and I couldn't thank God enough.

I am now in Canada with my husband and we couldn't be happier to start our own life and family together in my new home. There are still some stuff that needs to be finalized but I know and I claim that all of them will happen as I visualize them to be.

Cheers!

Androgyny

Get ready for some mind blowing pictures.

I was going over Lookbook last night when I stumbled upon a picture who I thought was I girl. When I saw his name, my jaw dropped and realized, he is a guy. People, meet Michael Tintiuc, a 19 year old model from Moldova. Moldova --- where? Yeah, thought so. I've seen a blog of a girl from Moldova but I didn't know that a model is from there. I'm not saying that people from Moldova don't have the right to be   in the fashion industry but it's just that, it's not your usual country to associate with fashion. Alright, 'nuff said.

Nagulat kayo no? Siya na ang maganda! Parang ayokong tumabi sa kanya dahil mas maganda pa siya sa akin. This guy has a lookbook page and a blog of his own. He has walked the runway for Gareth Pugh and Rick Owens. Well, peg naman talaga niya ang fashion aesthetics ng mga designers na yun. With this, I realized that the fashion is indeed ever changing and becoming more and more, shall I say, unconventional? Androgyny is becoming very much of a trend and models who look like the opposite sex tend to sell more. Gets? Girls who look like boys and boys who look like girls. Here are more proof.

Meet Andrej Pejic (read as Andrey Pej-ik). He was born in Yugoslavia but because of the war, he and his family moved to Australia. Now at first glance, who would have thought that this is a freaking guy???!!! Ang ganda niya, yun lang. Because he is so gorgeous, he still looks like a woman even if he wears men's clothes.

Bumenta siya ng sobra when he closed the show of Jean Paul Gaultier wearing the designer's wedding dress. Imagine, a guy wearing a wedding dress?!

I am not sure if he is gay or not (there's nothing wrong if he is) but I noticed that he's been wearing more women's clothes in pictures. So I guess it's up to people on how they want to see him/ her.

Well, here's another proof. Meet Erika Linder, another gender-bender model. This Swedish model is so unbelievable. She can show her soft side when modeling women's wear and can be true hottie when she needs to model men's wear. People say she looks like River Phoenix and Leonardo DiCaprio (Titanic and Romeo + Juliet time).

Oh di ba, akala mo talaga lalaki? Gwaping!

Ito ang hindi ko kinaya! May panlalaking abs si ate! nakakaloka!

When I saw this, akala ko talaga lalaki. homaygulay!

Erika and Andrej also did a photo shoot entitled 'Battle of the Sexes'. Speechless. Yun lang.
